Admission & Registration Guide 2026-2027

Levant International Academy welcomes our students and parents. To ensure an organized and distinguished educational environment, this guide has been prepared to outline the admission and registration procedures in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.

Basic Procedures
  • Personal attendance of the student with the guardian during registration.
  • Personal interview with the stage principal.
  • Student must take a placement test in Arabic, Mathematics, and English.
Age Requirements (2026-2027)
  • KG 1: Born in 2022
  • KG 2: Born in 2021
  • Grade 1: Born in 2020

Required Documents

After passing the interview and placement test, new students must provide the following documents based on their category:

Category / Nationality Required Documents
Kindergarten Students Copy of birth certificate, Copy of family book, Copy of vaccination card, 2 personal photos.
Grade 1 (Jordanians) Certified copy of birth certificate, Copy of family book, Vaccination card.
Other Nationalities
  • Iraqi Nationality: Certified birth certificate + Certified passport copy + Valid residency + Vaccination card.
  • Syrian Nationality: Certified birth certificate + Certified passport copy + Security card + Vaccination card.
  • Palestinian (Gaza): Certified birth certificate + Certified passport copy + Vaccination card.
  • Palestinian (West Bank): Certified birth certificate + Certified passport copy + Letter from Follow-up & Inspection Dept + Vaccination card.
  • Egyptian Nationality: Certified birth certificate + Certified passport copy + Vaccination card + Work permit for the guardian.
  • Children of Jordanian Mothers: Certified birth certificate + ID card for children of Jordanian mothers + Vaccination card.
Transfer Students (Inside Jordan) Transfer certificate, last Academy certificate, annual results card, Grade 7 & 8 certificates (for Grade 9 applicants), student record, birth certificate copy, family book copy, 2 photos, vaccination card, certificate of good conduct.
Transfer Students (Outside Jordan) Certificates must be authenticated by: Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country, and the Jordanian Embassy there. Upon arrival in Jordan: Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, and Private Education Dept (with proof of last entry stamp to Jordan).
